Mike in Service took great care of us.

The key fob we ordered was programmed and works great. Mike in parts was a very nice guy and professional.

All were friendly and courteous! The vehicle we voiced interest in was parked up front and waiting for us. We were in and out the door with our new Yucon in a short period of time.

Starts with a great service advisor, David Kamakele. What a great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. The service crew did a great job replacing badly worn rear brakes and all faster than I expected. This is a great service company and a super dealership.

No one likes getting the dreaded check engine light on there vehicle especially when it’s still so no. But I can’t say it enough, Loveland GMC just goes the extra mile. I understand it’s a case by case basis but for context, I stopped in without an appointment and saw Mike. The most down to earth dude! Literally got my truck looked at, diagnosed and fixed within an hour. And maybe my luck is just good but about 6 months ago my tailgate stopped working on my truck so I brought it in. Again no appointment, Mike got me hooked up with a loaner vehicle within minutes of being there and contacted me twice a day until they were able to figure out what was going on with my tailgate and get it fixed. Not once did I ever have to battle with anyone. Just to explain even that much more why this place is the place to go. I live right next to Weld County Garage. I set up an appointment with them to get a software update. They called me the day before to confirm and when I tried to confirm how long it would be. I was advised a minimum of 24 hours and that my appointment only reserved my spot to drop it off and had nothing to do with being looked at. But you guessed it Mike, good old Mike, yup the one from Loveland GMC after a quick call to him, told me it would take them an hour to do.

David is friendly and definitely takes care of his customers. Work on truck was done well with no drips after replacing the oil and tranny fluid.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am, and did not leave your building with my truck until 11:52. In a little confused why an appointment time seems to mean nothing to anyone anymore. My time is just as valuable as yours and I had to take off work to be able to get this oil change. Back when it was King I was in and out every time and since ownership changed it seems to be that service is not anywhere near as good. I work 5 minutes from Markley Motors in Fort Collins and I drive to you for your service but I get the same lack of service from your store as I used to get from Markley. If I have a 10:30 appointment i would expect to leave there by 11:00 or 11:10 at the latest for an oil change and tire rotation. Please fix your appointments so you aren’t robbing people of their time.

Everyone was very

Took our 2024 GMC Acadia in because it was leaking anti freeze. We have 22,000 miles on this vehicle. It took some time to get a radiator in. After that the hose to the radiator was leaking. It took about 2 weeks to get the hose in. Wecwere given a loaner car. When we received our car back it was dirty. When wr take out vehicle in fir service it is usually washed and returned back to bus clean. We had a ver bad leak in the radiator and the underneath of the hood still had antifreeze on it. Pretty disappointed how the vehicle was returned to us. I will give props to Mike and the gentleman that gave us the loaner car. They are excellent employees.

It was very hospitable! I was nervous about buying a car for the first time, but they made the process very easy and stress free!

I drive 2 hours to have my oil changed… I asked for a complimentary vehicle ahead of time and was told it would only be 30 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes early and still waited for over an hour. From experience with other dealerships they will wash and vacuum your car following each service. That was not my experience with Buick. The good part was I saw a couple of familiar faces, which means they treat their employees good. I can appreciate that!

The Service Adviser was awesome!

The service writer was very helpful in ensuring all of the parts for my car were replaced and worked with the extended warranty company to get it covered. They had my car for one day. In that time they checked the air conditioner, checked the ventilated seats, did an oil change, rotated the tires and replaced the thermostat. I was impressed with their thoroughness and how quickly I had my vehicle back.

The customer service in the garage was absolutely the best.

Thank you for getting me in earlier than the other dealership in the area. Please check the history of repairs for vehicles. They attack diagnosed a problem which didn't exist and would have cost us more money. After service called us, I'm directed their attention back to the repair history for our GMC vehicle. The history showed that the vehicle had new spark plugs and an induction service that was being recommended by your tech. Problem, however was a loose wire on the coil which the tech later diagnosed.

My car had to be towed in from Ft Collins where it had over-heated (my definition of the problem). A tow company was arraigned for, and Buick took over from there. I was contacted after that afternoon by Mike Teegardin, a Service Advisor. He told me my car had arrived and was being worked on, and the estimated cost. He was extremely helpful and kind during the whole process. I was treated as a person and not just an old lady (which I am). Thank you Mike!

I think they did great. I mean, I didn't get under the hood to check their work or make sure they changed the oil filter etc. but I'm sure they did. It's a pretty standard expectation/m.o. to do so. They were friendly, as fast as an oil change reasonably can be, and my gratitude for the free cup of joe while I was waiting. I do like shooting the breeze with one of your sales guys (Jake) while waiting as well. He seems like a pretty decent individual. Overall, oil changes here tend to be an enjoyable experience, and so far I think they do a great job!

Made an appointment for an oil change, went there, waited for the completion of oil change, paid for the oil change, then left. Good customer service, no problems with my vehicle.

I only needed the service team to run some diagnostics on a problem I experienced one time, and it had not happened again. They were courteous and prompt. I needed to get back home for another appointment, and they worked quickly to help me with that.

Every thing was good until I got my truck back and they pealed off my front windshield tint to put the service sticker on

Our recent purchase of a 2026 Buick Encore GX from Loveland Buick GMC was very pleasant. The price offered was below the price I could get using the GM Family First pricing. Working with Jake was great. He looked at all pricing options making sure we received the lowest price available. After the purchase Jake did an excellent job demonstrating all of the features and controls on the vehicle. He told us multiple times to call of bring the vehicle back if we had questions or issues. The finance manager did an excellent job explaining warranty coverages and extended warranty options. Our overall experience purchasing the vehicle was stress free and we were treated with respect and felt appreciated.

At first I thought that I hit a homerun with my purchase of my 2026 GMC on October 31st. Everything was signed electronically and there was not any physical paperwork at the time of the sale. The paperwork was sent to my email. Printed the 30 plus pages and discovered several alarming issues. First of all the Salesman Jake did not even mention The Royal Guard $595 charge nor was it explained to me before closing paperwork. Colby Pardue did the exact thing to me when closing the purchase. He did not even mention The Royal Guard and what was included with this coverage. He just stated that I needed to sign here. There is a warning on the bottom of page one "The purchase of VTP System is not a required as a condition of sale......." Both Jake and Colby stated that the purchase of the VTP System was mandatory for every sale. Colby never gave me the option of not purchasing the additional coverage that he offered. The extended warranty does not cover anything for the first 36 months or 36,000 nor and power train warranty for the first years or 60,000 miles. GM is primary. I explained the problems in detail with Jake and Colby. On November 3rd I provided a letter to Colby to cancel the extended warranty and the oil change contract. I explained to him that he never read or explained the contract to me in detail. "Just sign here and initial there". Just like the Royal Guard "I have read this LIMITED WARRANTY in its entirety and understand and agree to all of the provisions herein." Colby tried to talk me out of cancelling the warranty and oil contract. Did not even mention this before I signed. I have known Jake since he sold me my 2023 GMC. Very disappointed in Jake and Colby. I was the very first customer of the day? They did not have anything else going on!

Friendly and took care of my problems with in short time meaning good service

Nathan demonstrated excellent attentiveness, clear communication, and was a pleasure to work with. However, the Finance Manager present at the time of signing was overly insistent and did not respect my repeated declines. After I politely declined six times, his demeanor became curt, and he made comments that left me feeling inadequate. In contrast, the Finance Manager who assisted me during my cash down payment was outstanding—professional, courteous, and a positive representative of the dealership.

I’ve taken both of my vehicles here to get fixed on warranty and both vehicles had something that wasn’t fixed. In one you guys lost the cap of the fuse box, and didn’t fix the transmission oil cooler line seal which was one of the reasons why I took it, but did replace the whole transmission. In the other the check engine light was on and that’s why Ibtook it and when you returned it it was still on I took it back and the guys told me that it was because yall forgot to connect a hose.

Came in for a recall and the service area was early friendly and fast. I was in and out in no time.

Personnel I dealt with at closing were very good. Personnel I interacted with during the purchasing phase were also very good. Preparation of vehicle at handover left a lot to be desired. Wasn’t fully washed, only wiped off with a rag that was left under the back seat. Required a total external cleaning to remove months of grime buildup.

My service advisor took the Acadia in as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Took only an hour to diagnose the issue performing a system scan and software up grade to correct the issue with the service awd system message
